I offer a warm and non-judgemental space for us to explore and navigate life’s difficulties together. As an integrative therapist I draw from several different modalities of therapy and tailor my approach to each individual person as I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ answer. In our initial sessions we will figure out and establish what your goals for attending therapy are, whether that is to find answers to a specific problem or simply benefit from a confidential space to be truly heard.

Relationships are at the centre of our emotional lives – whether that’s with ourselves, family, romantic partners, friends, colleagues etc. none of us are truly an island. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in unhelpful dynamics with the people around us. Therapy can help unpick these sticking points and develop different ways of interacting with and relating to the people in our lives. |

Therapy is a great place to explore issues around identity – whether it’s pre-emptive or prompted by a life transition, e.g. retiring, becoming a parent or exploring your sexuality. Therapy can help untangle any conflicting feelings and support you in building a grounded and authentic sense of self. |
Trauma happens when we experience distressful, frightening events (they can be a single event or an ongoing stressful situation, or even simply witnessing another’s experience) which leave us with ongoing psychological and sometimes physical effects that negatively impact the way that we live our everyday lives. I provide a calm and safe space to gently process traumatic experiences, and build up experiences that feel helpful and positive. |
